The public areas are air-conditioned and include a 24-hour reception lounge.  All the floors at the hotel are served by three lifts.  An easy ramp at the entrance of the hotel helps the physically challenged reach Reception level from road level.  Journey time from Malta Airport as well as from the seaport is 35 minutes.

All the rooms have balconies with balcony furniture, air-conditioning, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, central heating, safety deposit boxes, hair-dryer, satellite television & radio and full bath with hand-held shower. The rooms also have mini-frigo bars and tea/coffee making facilities.
